Leaving the valley

Off into the sunset

Mom and dad left Bud Nichol's ranch about sunset and headed for Kansas City where they spent the night and headed out for South Dakota the next morning where when they got there they spent a day so the pigs could get out of the trailer and run around and recuperate a little for the second half of the journey.

Our new owner and our new home.

Mom and dad arrived at our house outside of Spokane, WA 4 days after leaving Missouri. The pigs are so cute. They came running out of the box and starting rooting in their new pens right away. Everyone came through without a scratch and the future Red Wattle herd is on its way to being at the Iwan's.
